Tracy Hazzard, CEO of Hazz Design Consulting has a degree from Rhode Island School of Design with an expertise in color, material and finishes as well as product design. Tracy has worked with design-leading companies like Martha Stewart Living and Herman Miller. Besides being featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Wired, and CNN Money, Tracy writes a weekly column on Innovation By Design for Inc. She has been an expert guest on dozens of podcasts, including The Top, Killer Innovations, On the Shelf and The Private Label Podcast. Tracy has delivered Workshops and Keynotes talks at SoCalMakerCon, The Inventors Mastermind, Digital Footprint and CEO Space.
Tom Hazzard, CDO of Hazz Design Consulting has a degree from Rhode Island School of Design in Industrial Design and experience building in-house design teams for other companies. A self-proclaimed compulsive inventor, Tom holds over 37 utility and design patents with an unprecedented 86% commercialization rate. Tom’s expertise has been featured in television spots on FX Breakfast Time and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, as well as in magazines such as Entrepreneur and Fortune Small Business. His innovative 3D Print Wow Tie took 200 hours to design and takes over 20 hours to 3D Print. Tom gives talks on invention and design at various events including the Inventors Forum and CEO Space.
